1. Governance Framework & Operating Entity

This Security and Compliance Policy governs the architecture, operation, and delivery of Fast4u SaaS (Fast4u Security as a Service) and its flagship solution Fast4u SaaS Web Shield, operated by Informatique Fast4u, a division of Groupe Fast4u Inc. (hereinafter "Fast4u"), headquartered at 19 rue Nicholson, Suite 200, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec, Canada, J6T 4M4.

Our mission is to deliver active 24/7 digital surveillance, real-time cryptographic audit certification, and preventative threat mitigation for businesses, institutions, and web operators globally.

2. Transport Encryption & Technical Isolation

  • Communication Encryption: All data transmissions between client embed scripts, APIs, and verification interfaces are strictly forced over TLS 1.3 (with hardened TLS 1.2 fallback) leveraging Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS).
  • Hardened HTTP Edge Security: Mandatory enforcement of Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS), X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN, and Referrer-Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin.
  • Shadow DOM Isolation: The shield.js client script executes entirely within an encapsulated Shadow DOM tree, eliminating all risks of host website CSS or script contamination.

3. Zero-Day and Critical Vulnerability Mitigation (PHP2Shell)

Fast4u applies multi-tier perimeter filters to neutralize incoming exploitation vectors:

️ Global PHP2Shell Flaw (CVE-2026-109618 & CVE-2026-109619 — CVSS 9.2)

Reported in international press on October 21, 2026 ("Internet Collapse: Critical Vulnerability Threatens 70% of Websites"), this flaw targets memory corruption via longjmp() on forged multipart requests and global state hijacking via session.upload_progress. Fast4u actively blocks these attack vectors before application pre-boot.

️ PHP-CGI Command Argument Injection (CVE-2024-4577 — CVSS 9.8)

Enforced blocking of suspicious CGI command directives and PHP wrapper exploitation.

4. Quebec Law 25 & PIPEDA Regulatory Compliance

Fast4u SaaS Web Shield is built strictly according to Privacy by Design principles:

  • Zero Visitor Profiling: The badge script does not collect, record, track, or inspect any personal information of end-users visiting protected websites.
  • Technical Telemetry Only: Audits evaluate purely domain-level server attributes (SSL validity, HTTP headers, DNS response latency, and firewall presence).
  • Designated Privacy Officer: Informatique Fast4u maintains a permanent privacy governance office reachable at direction@fast4u.co.

5. Cryptographic Signature & Authenticity Guarantee

Every enrolled domain receives a tamper-proof SHA-256 digital audit fingerprint issued by the Fast4u Security Engine. Any domain mismatch or forgery instantly triggers the badge into non-compliant alert state.
